Wall Sawing / Disc Cutting

Diamond saw cutting can split reinforced concrete without generating vibration. Entire concrete sections can be removed after cutting, saving time and labour while delivering precise, clean cut edges.

Standard cutting depths range from 50mm to 1500mm, adaptable to various applications including wall cutting, floor slab cutting, road surface cutting, plunge cutting and overhead slab cutting.

Fitted with synthetic diamond segments, cutting discs slice through both concrete and steel reinforcement simultaneously. This method is ideal for demolition works requiring high precision, low vibration and subsequent lifting & removal of concrete blocks.
