MODERN（ENVIRO-DEMOLITION）CO., LTD. is the Modern group’s specialist green-demolition team. Modern Concrete Drill Cut Co., Ltd. was established in Hong Kong in 2000, with work covering a wide variety of concrete cutting and demolition projects.
The group opened its first branch in Shanghai in 2001, took the lead in procuring advanced remote-controlled robots from Sweden, promoted green demolition and established a dedicated robot team. The group has since expanded to Shanghai, Macau and Singapore, with more than 200 employees in total.
Traditional demolition and reconstruction methods can create substantial noise and dust. We adopt specially designed machinery and suitable technologies, backed by advanced equipment, rigorously trained technicians and extensive experience, to provide professional advice and services while saving time and cost.
